She's the founder of Silverleaf Communications and has worked on a broad range of projects from internal communications through to integrated above-the-line marketing campaigns and strategy. Chloe serves as a director on the board of MND Victoria, and previously sat on the board of Healesville’s Indigenous Community Services Association. Chloe hosted a True Crime podcast for 2 years – with over 2 million downloads and ranked in the top 10 true crime podcasts in Australia!

Rosie Batty is a leader in the crusade against domestic violence and has turned her personal tragedy into a fight to help others. Her relentless work in this area lead to Rosie being named 2015 Australian of the Year and the Pride of Australia National Courage Medal recipient.

Dawn is currently the CEO of eWater Systems – a B Corporation and innovative disruptive company challenging the notion that hygiene requires an abundance of toxic, packaged and wasteful chemicals. Prior to this, she led systemic change in the social and mental health sector, holding CEO roles at Lifeline and BeyondBlue. Dawn’s sat on the Board of numerous federal government advisory Boards, holding National Advisory Council roles on Mental Health and Suicide Prevention as well as on non-profit Boards such as Mental Health Council of Australia, STREAT and Collaboration for Impact. With a love for the ocean, Dawn is aiming to swim all through winter for the first time this year.
Penny Tribe, Advisory Board Member, Wild Women on Top (CoastTrek)
Penny is an an experienced major gift, corporate and Trusts & Foundations fundraiser who has managed high-performing teams. She worked for over ten years leading the Partnerships team at one Fred Hollows Foundation and has spent the past three years as Director of Development at Western Sydney University. She recently became National Manager, Philanthropy & Development at the Heart Foundation. She’s planning to get some bees and set up a hive on her roof. She loves the idea of local, 'homemade' honey and is looking for tips on the best type of hive to get!
