Hailey Cavill-Jaspers
Hailey has been at the forefront of CSR & Social Good since founding her award-winning* company Cavill + Co in 1995. Prior to this she gave up a successful yet unfulfilling marketing career in London to pursue her passion down under. Since then she’s been matchmaking corporates to charities in long term partnerships – 50 partnerships to date investing over $40m into social good projects. Her numerous corporate clients include Mondelez Australia (partnering them with Save the Children) Vodafone Australia (to Hello Sunday Morning) and Seek (to Volunteering Australia). The Seek Volunteer program is now 23 years strong and has changed the face of volunteering.
In addition to matchmaking, Hailey has authored 8 publications on CSR and the neuroscience of altruism; is a sought-after speaker & MC; and has enjoyed her ‘50 minutes of fame' when Grand Designs Australia followed the building of her eco home & office. She has been training non-profits for over 20 years and BePartnerReady.com® is a juicy fusion of all her knowledge and experience.
An adventurous explorer in her younger years (having visited 12 of the 18 wonders of the world), these days she prefers to stay close to home where she loves painting (canvas not walls), chai, Grey Goose vodka, her rescue cat Willow and her hubby Ty (he’s last, but she loves him the most). She’s known by her friends as ‘the salad Queen’ (thanks to chef Ottolenghi).

Georgia McIntosh
Georgia is a Communications whiz and a typical Millennial juggling numerous projects in work and life, all with an infectious smile and can-do attitude. In addition to Co-Founding BePartnerReady.com®, she’s also director of her own communications consultancy specialising in digital marketing for leading non-profits and for-purpose businesses. She has a Bachelors in Professional Communication and a Masters of International Development.
In addition to spreading joy & optimism wherever she goes, Georgia loves to indulge her thirst for adventure with recent travels to Japan, India and Morocco. She loves trying new food yet prefers Hailey’s salads to the tarantula she ate in Cambodia. When at home she loves to walk her beautiful puppy Indie, make the most of the live gig scene in Melbourne and butting heads with her pet goat named Meg.
She’s a documentary die-hard, loves reading and making connections, and she’s known by her friends as ‘G’.

Danni Price
Danni is the Admin Ninja who ensures all client projects and digital campaigns run smoothly. In addition to working with Cavill + Co, she’s a mum of 3 gorgeous kids, does modelling (you may have seen her on the Spirit of Tasmania tv ads) and is renowned for making cakes that wouldn’t look out of place on MasterChef.

Kate Perkins
Kate has spent the past 20+ years working in various organisations helping to support and grow their businesses. She is a highly accomplished Relationship Manager and has worked for large Global organisations such as Capita, Autodesk, Hays, and LinkedIn providing talent brand & consulting solutions. About 3 years ago, she decided to take the leap and move into the non-profit sector as Head of Programs for Smiling Mind. Here she partnered with organisations big and small, to really understand their employee mental health/wellbeing needs and align solutions that not just met but exceeded expectations. As well as her Corporate background she is a conscious crusader, a meditation teacher and nature lover! She has a great eye for photography and videography and spends most of her time taking and sharing her snaps of wonderful Warburton where she lives with her partner and two dogs!

Sally Phelps
Sally is a media marketing specialist. For over 15 years, she’s led teams in global advertising agencies, delivering media campaigns for clients including SEEK, Snooze, Holden, Latitude Financial Services and MYOB. In October 2022 she became Head of Media at the iconic ABC. Sally is passionate about the role that technology, data & platforms play in our lives, and how brands can leverage them to create better customer experiences. Her true ambition lies in connecting people to purpose. In 2018 she graduated from The Growth Project, a leadership program matching business mentors with for-purpose leaders and this is where she encountered Hailey.
Sally is a Board member of UnLtd, a social-purpose organisation connecting the media, marketing & creative industry with charities working with at-risk young people. She believes that the skills, influence & reach of the advertising industry, when harnessed, has the potential to create significant social change.
She is an avid consumer of podcasts & apps, listing Blinkist, Feedly, MeetUp & Pinterest as her favourites. Sally is happiest with family & friends around her and is a proud Auntie to seven munchkins. She enjoys a quiet night in with a chilled Riesling & British drama, and in the winter months, you’ll find her skiing down an icy mountain slope in Japan or Switzerland or ski-dooing in Iceland.

Karl Tischler, Marlin Communications
As well as an experienced designer, storyteller & philosopher, Karl is the Founder and Idealist at Marlin Communications, and the instigator of the firm’s focus on ethical and sustainable business practices.
Karl is a passionate activist and alumni of the Australian Progress Fellowship. With his business partners, Dan Geaves and James Hornitzky, Marlin Communications has made the deliberate choice to work only with charities and purpose-driven organisations.
Certified as one of Australia’s first B-Corp companies, Marlin is set to become one of Australia’s first certified Carbon Neutral agencies. It was Karl’s belief – that business can be a force for social good – that led him to befriend Hailey Cavill-Jaspers almost a decade ago. When the idea of an online program began to take shape, there was only one agency that she wanted for her brand and that was Marlin. What started out as a logo on the back of a beer mat (not joking), BePartnerReady.com® transformed into the amazing, uplifting, optimistic brand that it is today, thanks to many talents of the team at Marlin.
Karl lives in Leichhardt, Sydney with his wife, two daughters, a cat and puppy named ‘Rocket’—the fastest dog in Leichhardt who also looks like the lead character from ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’.
